At Bearings2day.com, we are committed to ensuring that all items are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. If you encounter any issues with your order, our return policy ensures a smooth and efficient process for handling returns.

How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. After notifying us, you have an additional 7 days to return the item, including all original packaging and documentation, for inspection.

Authorized Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Faulty on Arrival

We offer a 3-month return-to-base warranty on all new, reconditioned, and service exchange parts. If your item becomes faulty within 3 months of delivery, please contact our customer service team for assistance. For full warranty terms and conditions, please refer to our warranty page.

2. Damaged in Transit

If your item is damaged during transit, you must report it to us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or, if a replacement is not available, we will refund the price of the item through your original payment method. Carriage costs will also be refunded if the damage is due to our packaging or carrier. Please do not return any damaged items until instructed, as they may need to be inspected by the shipping company. We may also require photos of the damage to support any claims.

3. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days to arrange for the return and collection of the incorrect item.

Non-Authorized Returns

If you wish to return an item for any reason other than those listed above, you must inform us in writing within 7 days of receiving the item. You will then have 7 additional days to return the item in its original condition and packaging. A 35% restocking fee will apply for these types of returns.

Inspection and Refund Process

All returned items are inspected by our Quality Control Department. Refunds are only processed after the items have been inspected and approved. If items are returned in a condition different from how they were shipped, the return may be denied. Some examples include:

  • Items that were shipped sealed and are returned with the seal broken will not be accepted as new.
  • Items shipped with original packaging but returned without it will not be accepted.
  • Damaged items will not be eligible for a refund.
